FAQ on Actsa Stride
1. What is Actxa Stride (NSC)?
Actxa Stride (NSC) is a steps tracker that syncs your steps data with the Healthy365 App as part of the National Steps Challenge initiative operated by the Health Promotion Board of Singapore.
2. How many sizes are available?
Only one size available currently. It is adjustable to fit from wrist sizes 16.5cm to 24.5cm.
3. Should I swim with the tracker ?
Not a good idea. The Actxa Stride (NSC) is only water-resistant and not water-proof.
4. How long will the tracker charge last?
About 7 days.

Where to get technical support ?
For technical support on the national step challenge step tracker, there is a helpdesk at the Customer Care Centre at HPB (Health Promotion Board). The customer service officers can provide diagnosis and technical support and to troubleshoot software or hardware issues.
