The idea behind losing weight is that the input must be less then the output by 20%.
To achieve this i had to know what my input is and what my out in calories are.
How do to this ?
This is where the fitbit comes in.
I had a couple of friends who where using the fitbit. so I decided to give it a try, and downloaded the fitbit app from the itunes store.
