HealthHub (Singapore) awarded 3 Global Best Practices Awards by Frost and Sullivan


13/10/2016. Healthhub (The national Health portal for all Singaporeans) has been awarded with 3 coveted Excellence Awards by Frost and Sullivan in the Healthcare Category, at the ceremony conducted at the Conrad Hotel.


The 3 Categories of Awards are

  1. 2016 Frost and Sullivan Global : Competitive Strategy Leadership Award in Health and Wellness

  2. 2016 Frost and Sullivan Global : Visionary Innovation Leadership Award in Health Services

  3. 2016 Frost and Sullivan Global : Enabling Technology Leadership Award in Healthcare Platform

The awards are a confirmation of the incredible effort (over 200,000 hours of effort) that went into building a a digital health portal that meets and surpasses the world class health portals that have been available for the past 10 to 15 years.


The award was presented to Dexter Wee from the HealthHub Team from HPB by Manoj Menon, Senior Partner and Managing Director Asia Pacific Frost and Sullivan.

2016 Frost and Sullivan Global : Competitive Strategy Leadership Award in Health and Wellness

HealthHub has positioned itself as a one-stop website for health-related happenings and events for residents through its offerings of information pertaining to restaurant and shopping deals, health and exercise events to health campaigns currently organized by the various health agencies in Singapore.


For instance, the launch of HealthHub was tied to Health Promotion Board’s National Steps Challenge campaign where free step trackers were given to participants. A widely popular campaign which has attracted over 35,000 Singaporeans, has generated much buzz and enthusiasm for HealthHub as well.


In addition, HealthHub incorporates localized language i.e. Singlish into its lifestyle articles, to further appeal and engage local readers.

HealthHub, a relatively new portal on the digital health scene, aims to aggregate content and services to influence health behavior and simplify interaction with health service providers on the same platform.


HealthHub is coming up as a strong contender in the digital health portal space, with a variety of new services and upgrades introduced quarterly. With regular focus group discussions and reviews held by HealthHub on portal offerings and improvement areas, there is huge potential for HealthHub to develop itself as a market leader in the digital health sphere in the next few years.
